A 10 persons house, ideally situated near the sandy beach of La Couarde sur Mer. Direct access to the beach by a private door at the end of the 1100 m² garden : no road to cross, just 90 meters of woods to reach it !
The house is recently built (2006) and 180m² large.
It has a nice living-room, with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate WC. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has 2 twin beds, the last bedroom has 4 beds. Your home has a TV, DVD and CD players, telephone, and ADSL internet permanent access.
